Return Policy
At Aveline Boutique, we strive to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with the items you have received, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
RETURN CONDITIONS
To be eligible for a return, your order must meet the following conditions:

The item must be returned complete, including all original parts, components, and packaging, in the same condition as received.

The product must show no signs of excessive use or damage caused by improper handling.

Items where hygiene is essential must be returned unused and in a clean condition. Bikinis, lingerie, underwear, and socks are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

Defective products must be reported immediately upon receipt.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Aveline Boutique is not responsible for return shipping costs.

Returns are processed within 7 business days after receipt. If all conditions are met, the return will be officially approved within this timeframe.

In the case of a defective product, photo evidence is required.
We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect they have been used, worn, or damaged due to reasons not attributable to us.
HOW TO RETURN YOUR ORDER
If your order meets the conditions above, please follow the steps below to initiate the return process:
Send an email to info@aveline-boutique.com including the following information:

Photo of the product (required in case of damage or defect)

Customer’s full address
Once your request has been reviewed, we will provide you with the correct return address.
⚠️ Please do not send your return to the sender address. Returns sent without prior approval or to an incorrect address may not be processed.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement without providing a reason. To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team at info@aveline-boutique.com or reply directly to your order confirmation email.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
All returns must be sent to our central warehouse at the customer’s expense.
